These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Igorblack.com (the "Site") and any purchase or use of digital products provided by Igor Black ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing any product from the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy (together, the "Policies"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We sell digital products (for example, downloadable files such as PDFs and related materials) ("Digital Products"). Delivery is typically provided via on-screen download, email, or both.
We may change, update, or discontinue any product at any time.
Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully completed and we send a confirmation (or provide access to the download). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe it involves fraud, abuse, or an unauthorized transaction.
Payments are processed only via PayPal, including PayPal guest checkout (card payments through PayPal's flow where available). We do not store your full card details.
Digital Products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can receive emails and downloads (including checking spam/junk folders).
You are responsible for having the necessary software and hardware (for example, a PDF reader) and internet access to download and use Digital Products.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Digital Products may be refunded up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund behavior inconsistent with good-faith consumer use.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel certain distance purchases within a "cooling-off" period. For digital content, that right can end once the download or access begins if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the right to cancel.
By purchasing Digital Products intended for immediate access, you agree that we may supply the Digital Product immediately after purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law or regulation, attempt unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems, distribute malware, scraping tools, or harmful code, harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others, upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or interfere with the Site's normal operation (including excessive automated requests).
The Site, all Digital Products, and all content made available by us (including text, design, illustrations, layouts, and branding) are owned by Igor Black and/or licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No ownership is transferred to you. You only receive the limited license described in Section 6.
If you email us feedback, reviews, or testimonials, you grant us permission to use it for customer support and (unless you explicitly ask us not to) for marketing in an anonymized or credited form. If you do not want your words used publicly, write "DO NOT USE PUBLICLY" in your message.
We will not publish your private email address.
The Site may reference third-party services. PayPal's services are governed by PayPal's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Digital Products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that downloads will always be available without temporary issues, or that using our materials will produce any specific learning result (for example, fluency).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the Site or Digital Products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or Digital Products if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or engaged in fraud or abuse. Sections that should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply, and nothing in these Terms removes rights you cannot waive.
Before filing a formal claim, please email us at russian@igorblack.com so we can try to resolve the issue. We ask that both parties allow at least 30 days for good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
