Finally I can SEE the words!
I found the Russian language extremely hard. I'm not even afraid to admit that I just had a really hard time remembering Russian vocabulary because it was so dissimilar from vocabulary I knew in other languages. This visual approach changed everything - when I SEE the word with an image, I remember it instantly. No more staring at lists of text!

Not boring like other apps!
Same exercise types over and over. Fill in the blank, multiple choice, repeat. Gets mind-numbingly boring. Here there are lots of images + quiz at the end, learning is much easier this way. The visual format keeps me engaged - feels like scrolling Instagram but I'm actually learning!

Keep it steady: around 3 months at 20 words a day or 6 months at 10 words a day. You decide what feels comfortable. The quick tests help you track progress and make sure everything sticks!
It's recommended but not required. A2 builds on A1 basics, but each word has full pronunciation and visual support, so motivated beginners can start here too. If you're completely new, consider getting both books for the complete foundation.
